Shaun has been a God send for me on two occasions now. I first used his service in August 23 following an incident with my cat in the car. At the time, I was pregnant and the smell kept knocking me sick. Shaun was the only one kind enough to squeeze a pet urine clean into his busy schedule for me. For that, I was greatly appreciative and he did a fantastic job in the time it took me to waddle the school run.
I have recently used his service again for a silver valet. As a family of five of us regularly using my car (and another incident with the cat), it had gotten quite grubby. The seats needed a clean and another urine clean was required. Again, Shaun did a fantastic job. My car looks and smells like it has just come out of the showroom!
On both occasions communication was prompt. Even with my personal life nonsense and busy schedules, communication and booking a date came easy. Shaun is a very polite and friendly person. He is very reliable and his prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend Shaun and his business and I will absolutely be going back to him in the future!

Shaun did a brilliant job on both mine and my Mum’s cars, my seats were water stained but my whole car inside and out now looks brand new! He’s a lovely guy and was honest in recommending which valet to go for, not wanting us to spend more than we had to. Shaun did a fantastic job on my Discovery he washed and polished the whole car and it looked amazing. It was like I’d just picked it up from the showroom if not better. He was quick to come back to me after I enquired about what I wanted and his communication was great. He turned up on time and got straight on with the job. Highly recommend!!

Had my car valeted today by Shaun at SMS Valeting & Detailing. We had great communication during the run up to my appointment and Shaun arrived early today. He got on with washing, polishing, hoovering and cleaning the inside and outside of my car and it looks fabulous! Better than the day I bought it!
